I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down complex problems. Open communication with students and parents is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations. The most rewarding aspect is witnessing those "aha!" moments and seeing confidence blossom. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
