About Natasha

Hi! I'm Natasha, a UC Berkeley lecturer with a PhD in Anthropology and six years of teaching and educational experience. I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have worked with learners from young children through university students. I offer tutoring in math through pre-calculus, science, Spanish, English, writing, reading comprehension, history, social sciences, research, and study skills. My experience includes university teaching and mentoring, curriculum development, academic writing and research, and teaching Spanish to children through creative and engaging activities. I adapt my teaching to each student's learning style, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussion, and real-world examples to make challenging concepts easier to understand. As both an educator and a mom, I bring patience, warmth, structure, and encouragement to every session. My goal is not only to improve academic skills, but to help students become confident, curious, independent learners.
