I have 5 years of experience working in hospice as a Board-Certified Music Therapist, and 2+ years as an in-home caregiver. I can provide Companionship, Respite, and daily tasks such as Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands, Cleaning, and prompting pre-prescribed P. T. exercises. Bathing and assisting with transfers depends on the physical demands required. I have experience with Dementia care, and am skilled at positive redirection and compassionate understanding. I would not be billing for or providing music therapy services, but could incorporate occasional singing if that is helpful to decrease confusion during tasks or transferring. I enjoy organizing things/spaces, and am happy to assist with pet care if discussed. I am CPR / First Aid certified. I am very detail-oriented and will be extremely attentive to your loved one and their needs. Current availability: 9a-12:30p Mon-Fri.
