Empowering students to reach their full potential has been my primary focus for the past 10 years. I hold a college degree and specialize in Math, English, History, Study Skills, and Music & Drama for elementary and middle school students. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. To keep students engaged with challenging concepts, I provide consistent positive reinforcement and celebrate every small success. I believe regular communication with parents is essential to reinforce learning at home. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a complex concept finally clicks.
