About Natasha

Hi my name is Natasha and I am currently a nursing student. I have been working as a nursing assistant for over a year and a half. Before that I worked as an EMT for a year and a half and volunteered with the Newton First Aid Squad and Rescue. I am CPR certified and although my EMT certification had expired the experience gave me strong emergency response skills and confidence for caring for others. I especially enjoy caring for older adults because I have valued the importance of patience, kindness, and preserving dignity. I strive to make them comfortable, respected and supported my experience floating through the hospital has taught me how to quickly build trust with patients, adjust a different caring environment and calmly and challenging situations.
