Natasha has a personality that children love. You can tell she has experience working with children. She knows exactly what to say or do to get them to redirect to something else in times of need. My daughter loves the time she has with Natasha. Natasha is very attentive and looks like she genuinely enjoys being around children. She is very interactive making play time very fun while making sure my daughter stays safe. We have 3 people that are our go to's , Natasha is definitely number 1! I would highly recommend her. She definitely is punctual, follows instructions, and my daughter loves when she is around.
