I liked Natasha and hired her on take care of my 3 and 5 year old sons. She was on time for our first meeting at my home as well as on time the day arrived for her to babysit my children. She was pleasant and my children seemed to be comfortable with her. My only issue is that when I tried to contact her via text message and phone call to see if she could provide care a second time on a certain date, she never responded and til this day I'm not certain what has happened with her. I've only worked with her once and told her I needed somebody who was interested long term because I don't like exposing my kids to different sitters coming and going who aren't serious. She agreed that she was a good fit for what I was looking for but apparently not. During a pandemic where there's no schools or childcare, a parent such as myself prefers someone who can at least communicate that they aren't going to be available and return calls/texts.
