Hi! My name is Nataliya, and I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages -- from infants to school-aged kids and teenagers. Caring for children has always been a natural part of my life, and it's something I truly love and enjoy. Over the years, I've worked in many childcare settings, including running my own licensed home daycare for 10 years, where I provided a safe, nurturing, structured, and loving environment for children to grow and thrive. I've also completed various childcare-related certifications and trainings throughout the years and understand the importance of safety, patience, communication, and creating a positive atmosphere for every child helping them reach developmental milestones.
