Natalie cared foe my 4 month old daughter while I was in NY for auditions. She always came on time and was flexible and able to come when I needed to be somewhere earlier than I thought. She seemed comfortable caring for newborns and is kind, reliable. I would certainly hire her back the next time I'm in New York!
