About Natalie

I am nurturing, proactive, experienced caregiver with a deep understanding of child development. I have reared three children and a host of grandchildren. I have experience in caring for special needs children. I create a safe, nurturing and educational environment, while managing daily routines, behaviors and frequent curriculum implementation that is age appropriate, while fostering early literacy. I administer care (feed, diaper change, meal prep, potty training, nap time and maintaining a high level of good hygiene). I am First Aid and CPR certified. I am patient, strong, creative, a strong communicator and adaptable.
