Hello! My name is Natalie and I'm a 29-year-old childcare professional, and I love watching and supporting children as they grow, learn, and explore the world! I started in early childhood education working at a daycare, where I gained experience as both a lead and assistant teacher. That time helped me build a solid foundation in child development, and age-appropriate curriculum planning. I worked with children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers, and developed a deep appreciation for creating engaging, safe, and structured environments. For the past few years, I've been a full-time nanny, which has allowed me to form close bonds with families and offer more individualized care. I love being a steady, positive influence in a child's life. Unfortunately the time has come close to an end with the current family I'm with as school begins for them in September! I'm looking forward to continuing my journey as a nanny!! I also love cooking, arts and crafts, and being outside!

Natalie was the (exceptional) nanny to my three daughters ages 3, 5, and 7 (primarily for my three year old). We participated in a successful nanny-share with another family and Natalie watched my daughter and another 3 year old in my home every Tuesday/Thursday for the 24-25 school year. I have nothing but rave reviews for Natalie, I only wish we had met her years earlier. Natalie was incredibly punctual, reliable, and communicative. She prepped meals and snacks, made sure the house stayed in order, and engaged with the girls in high quality play both inside and outside. She often brought crafts and activities tailored to the girls interested. She picked up my middle daughter from Pre-K4 every day and ensured the little girls napped and learned to play well together. She was highly in tune with the girls' health, behavior and developmental needs and communicated clearly whenever she noticed anything of concern or out of the ordinary. She was willing to stay late on days when we had work conflicts that prevented us from getting home by 3:30, and her flexibility was greatly appreciated. My daughters loved her very much and they were upset to say goodbye (but they will all be in school FT next year). If you've been struggling to find high quality childcare, I'd highly recommend Natalie, she is worth every cent!
