Highly Recommend! I had been searching for months for a reliable babysitter for my evening work hours, and I’m so grateful to have found Natalie through Care.com. From our first interaction, she was professional, kind, and responsive. With only a day’s notice, Natalie set up a quick virtual meet-and-greet, which helped my kids and I feel comfortable right away. She arrived right on time, confirmed her ETA as planned, and immediately connected with my children. Natalie followed all of my instructions carefully~helping with homework, preparing snacks and dinner, and keeping the kids on their regular schedule. She also sent a few text updates, which helped me feel at ease while I was at work. When I came home, the kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had with her. It was clear they felt safe, cared for, and happy. This was my first time using Care.com, and the process felt smooth and secure.
