About Natalie

Hi! I'm Natalie, a mom of three with 10 years of experience caring for and working with children, from newborns through preteens. Along with my personal childcare experience, I have worked professionally as a Behavior Therapist and in Special Education within a school district, giving me experience supporting children with a wide range of personalities, abilities, developmental needs, and behaviors. I also have a background in Early Childhood Education and CNA training, and I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, and comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I love keeping kids engaged through crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities, games, reading, and age-appropriate learning activities. As a mom myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust with your children. I'm happy to follow your family's routines, household rules, and parenting preferences while making sure your kids feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
