After speaking on the phone, Natalie confirmed the day before. She was a no-show with no communication. When I text an hour after she was supposed to arrive, she did not respond. When I called, She picked up the phone and hung up without speaking. After she was four hours late, I told her her services were not needed and I hired someone else.
