About Natalie

Being a caregiver is something that has become much more than a job to me. It is something I genuinely love and feel proud to do. For the past four years, I've had the privilege of caring for people of many different ages and backgrounds, with a variety of needs, including memory care, hospice, physical disabilities, and other health challenges. Every person I've cared for has taught me something, and I truly value the connections I've made along the way. I'm a compassionate, patient, hardworking, and adaptable person, and I always try to treat the people I care for with the same kindness, dignity, and respect I would want for my own loved ones. To me, caregiving has never been just about completing tasks. It's about caring for the person behind the care. It's about sitting and listening to their stories, learning the things that make them smile, respecting their routines and independence, and being a familiar and comforting presence in their day.
