Hello! My name is Natalie. I am the mother to a wonderful 7-year-old girl. We have 3 silly dogs & 1 sweet kitty. I love spending time with children and animals because they endlessly amaze and inspire me. I am a nurturing and patient caretaker and was drawn to caregiving from a young age. I started babysitting when I was 11 and transitioned to working as a nanny at 18. I spent 10 years with the same family and later worked for another family for over a year. I then settled into a new home and prepared to welcome my own child. I have been a stay-at-home/homeschooling mama throughout my daughter's life. We are now ready for a new adventure and I am looking for fulfilling work where I can bring her along. I have studied/experimented with developmental milestones, child psychology, conscious parenting, Montessori, Waldorf, etc. I prioritize time outdoors, art, sensory bins, reading, building, music, and imaginative play. We just started with her as our nanny for our baby and we are so excited to have her support. As a mom herself, she brings real insight and instinct to caring for a newborn - she’s attentive to the details that matter and clearly knows what she’s doing. She’s kind, patient, and warm, and our son responded to her right away. She brings her 7 year old daughter along, which has been a genuine bonus - it’s sweet watching our baby get exposure to another kid, and her daughter is clearly used to helping and being gentle with little ones. She also loves being around our dogs and is very polite. It says a lot about how Natalie runs her household. We’re looking forward to having her as a regular part of our family’s routine, and we’d recommend her to any family looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and caring. She currently has some availability to fill out her week - any family that gets her will be lucky!
