About Natalie

I have a lifelong passion for caregiving, starting as a mother's helper at 10 and babysitting independently by 13. Through high school I worked as a part-time nanny, and at 20 transitioned into a full-time role, gaining experience creating safe, engaging, nurturing environments for children. I've also provided in-home and hospice care for elders, building skills in compassion, patience, and individualized support. This range of experience has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships and deliver high-quality care. I love cooking for others too, which has come in handy many times as a nanny, for the kids or the whole family. I work best in a collaborative environment where parents and I maintain open communication to support the children's development, routines, and well-being. I value professionalism, consistency, and a positive, nurturing atmosphere. Nannying is my passion, and I love activities with children, from music and swim classes to parks, walks, and play dates!
