Hi families! I'm Natalie - a 26-year-old warm, patient, and dependable caregiver with 6 years of daycare/childcare experience and 2 years of nannying. I've spent the last year and a half working as a Patient Observer in a hospital, which has strengthened my attention to safety, communication, and calm problem-solving. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, vaccinated, have my own reliable transportation, and I'm comfortable following routines, schedules, and care plans. I have hands-on experience with potty training, meal prep, crafts, sensory play, and creating a positive, structured environment where kids feel safe and supported.
