Hi! My name is Natalie, and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic caregiver with years of experience working with children of all ages. I've been babysitting regularly since I was 16, and through those experiences I've learned how to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids while also maintaining structure and responsibility. In addition to childcare, I've held roles in customer service and team leadership, which have strengthened my communication skills, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I love building genuine connections with children--whether that's through creative play, outdoor activities, helping with homework, or simply being a positive and supportive presence in their day.
