We hired her to care for our toddler (1.5 years old) three days a week, and we couldn't be happier with her work. She has a natural ability to connect with children — our son, who can be cautious with new people, warmed up to her quickly and would happily go on walks with her without hesitation. She is reliable, responsible, and easy to communicate with. We always knew exactly what to expect, and she made the whole experience stress-free for our family. We are only parting ways because our son is transitioning to daycare. We highly recommend her.
