About Natalie

Compassionate and patient caregiver determined to empower children and support families. I am a currently a MSW student at NYU providing counseling services for children between the ages of 13-18 with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist for children of all ages. Prior to my current journey, I was a case manager working with infants, toddlers, and teens. However, what has taught me the most was being an older sister. At the age of 10 I had to take care of my younger brother, who is 7 years younger than me, while my parents were away to work. This forced me to become responsible and established my desire to work with children professionally. I have experience in baby sitting my younger cousins, kids in elementary school, and of course experience through my little brother. I'd describe my personality as empathetic , amiable, and bright I like working with kids because they are the foundation to our future. As adults it's our responsibility to empower them and support them.
