About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie. I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with 1 year as a Direct support professional (DSP) and 3 years experience working with children as a camp counselor and leader. Through my DSP experience I've gained hands on experience supporting individuals with various needs while providing respectful but loving care for my individuals. Through the company I worked for I am med certified and was trained in CPR , first aid and choking protocols. I also have experience in supporting individuals with diabetes, nebulizer treatments and G-tubes. With my experience being both a camp counselor and DSP it taught me to be fun, adaptable, responsible, and understanding. I enjoy creating a positive and exciting/engaging environment where children can feel comfortable while still maintaining safety and structure!
