Hi I'm Natalie! With a background in the arts and yoga, I love turning everyday moments into playful, creative experiences, from dress-up adventures to DIY crafts. I'm the big sister of a younger sibling, so caring for little ones has been part of my life since early on. In my adult life, I've studied yoga and nervous system regulation, and I love gently introducing calming techniques to support kids who feel anxious or overwhelmed.
