About Natalie

Hi! I'm Natalie, a Phoenix based caregiver with seven years of childcare experience and a background as a certified medical assistant with CPR/BLS training. I bring a caring, attentive approach and take children's safety and well being seriously. My goal is to create an environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, exploring their interests, and learning through play. I value patience, kindness, and being a positive role model while respecting each family's routines and parenting preferences. I believe parents should feel informed and confident in their child's care, so clear communication is a priority for me. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, writing, and spending time with my animals, so pets are welcome! I'd love to connect and learn more about your family's needs!
