Natalie cared for my kids, ages 4 and 7, and they couldn’t get enough of her. They ran to the door every time she arrived. She helped with homework, taught my youngest how to meditate, and worked with both of them on calming down when their emotions felt big. What made her stand out most was how creative and present she was. She didn’t just watch the kids. She created experiences for them. I watched her turn the living room into a game of mouse trap they acted out in real time. For Halloween she dressed as a crow while the kids pretended to be scarecrows guarding their pumpkins. They played banks and robbers where they had to solve riddles before the safe closed. I had never seen them so excited. She was fun, grounding, dependable, and really knew how to meet each of my kids where they were emotionally. I trusted her completely.
