About Natalie

Although I don't have formal nanny experience, I've gained valuable hands on experience caring for my nieces and nephew, which helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills with children. In addition, I previously worked as a recreation aide at a nursing home, where I organized activities and provided support to residents. That role taught me how to be attentive, compassionate, and adaptable all of which are important when working with children. I'm passionate about helping others and hope to build a career in healthcare, particularly working with children, so this position feels like a great step in that direction.
