She’s a 10/10! Natalie has watched both our 2.5 year and 5 month old for some time now. She communicates clearly both over the phone and via text as well as is timely. She goes above and beyond to make sure that she not only connects and plays with the children but understands and upholds any values and household rules. She did great at guiding my daughter with potty training and navigating big emotions that can come with a toddler. She makes sure they get outdoor time as well as crafts, reading, etc. I plan on using her again and would highly recommend her for another family.
