About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie. I have a bachelors degree in Child and Adolescent Development. I have four years of experience working with children K-9th grade. Currently, I am working toward a career in elementary teaching. I believe communication is one of the cornerstones of building positive relationships and I prioritize this especially with parents. I don't have a preference in methods just as long as both positive and negative aspects of a child's day are corresponded. Safety is and always will be my top priority which is why I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have no issue with enforcing house rules whether they are the parents' or mine.
