I feel so lucky to have found Natalie. From day one, she so was warm and attentive to the kids. My little ones lit up every time she walked through the door. Whether it was playing, reading stories with enthusiasm, or just offering a comforting presence during tougher moments, Natalie handled everything with patience and kindness. I also appreciated how reliable she was, always keeping me updated and proactive about anything that came up. Most importantly, she truly cared for the kids, not just watched them. I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough!
