I bring over 10 years of childcare experience along with excellent references. I'm available on weekdays after 6 p.m. , and occasionally on weekends depending on my schedule.

Babysitting is my second job here on the island. I was born and raised in Key West and know the area very well. I have a strong background in early childhood education - I spent two years as a daycare teacher and also worked with a program supporting new moms and children from birth to age five. I've been a nanny to many families . 

I've been babysitting since I was 15 and truly enjoy working with kids. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, crafts, and am open to any additional support you may need.

It doesn't get any better than Natalie when it comes to childcare.  She watched our 6-month old baby for four nights while we were in Key West for my sister's wedding.  I was so stressed about finding a sitter for the trip and Natalie immediately put us to ease with our first phone call.  I'd been really nervous about someone outside of family watching our son and she exceeded our expectations by a landslide.  She knows what she is doing and my son absolutely loved her!! She has years of experience in childcare and is a natural when it comes to caring for children.  She is punctual and communicative and we never had to worry about our son.  We miss her already and wish she lived in our area back at home!!!

Natalie is incredible! Punctual, communicates, respectful, listens, plays, engages and more. We were visiting Key West and a friend recommended her and we used her for 2/3 of our nights and she watched our friends kid the other night. Will absolutely reach out for our next trip. 

Oh we are so lucky to have Natalie care for our kids when we want to have a date night or need help . She is so personable, fun and responsible! Always on time! Always amazing . Thank you Natalie !!!!

Natalie is single handedly the best babysitter that has ever watched my kids. We were visiting key west from PA and I wish she lived in our hometown! She immediately made us feel comfortable. She was trustworthy, on time and responsive. She was so kind and my daughter took to her immediately, she loved her so much she ran to her the next day. Natalie watched the kids in our hotel room, took them for walks around the hotel, got them back and to bed. My kids are very difficult sleepers and she was able to get my 1 yr old and 3 yr old to sleep in a hotel room! Natalie was so amazing, again wish we had her all the time! 

Natalie is amazing! We were so lucky to find her. We visited Key West for vacation and were able to have real date nights while Natalie watched the boys (9 months and 4 years old) without having to worry. She listened to our instructions, provided us with updates and was generally great with the kids. Our older son even told us he'd rather stay in the hotel and hang with Natalie than come out with us at night (go figure!). We absolutely recommend her if you need a date night sitter!

Natalie was fantastic! We hired her for a date night - she showed up on time, played with our kids (3 and 1), and then put them to bed. She has a very sweet demeanor, which our kids picked up on right away. We would definitely hire her again!

Natalie was able to babysit for us last minute so we could enjoy a dinner out. It seems a little more nerve racking to hire a babysitter while on vacation in an unknown place, but Natalie made us so comfortable when she jumped right into her role and made the transition easy. She immediately approached our 2 year old daughter with such warmth and enthusiasm that our daughter barely wanted to say bye to us! Natalie was prompt and reliable with communication. Would highly recommend and book her again next time we're in Key West! Thank you, Natalie!

Natalie was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend her as a babysitter! She babysat for our 8 week old several times over the course of a month. Even as a brand new mom, my mind was at ease leaving our daughter with her. Natalie was very capable and confident in working with a newborn. She was understanding of me as a new parent.

Natalie babysat our 9yr old while we went to a daytime wedding. We loved her! From the first contact she was very responsive and friendly. Our daughter had a great time with her, Natalie is super engaging, caring and fun. She listened to all our wishes, dietary needs etc, and they spent the day with different fun activities around our condo area. Highly recommended!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Natalie - she's a gem! She cared for our 3 month old several times while we were visiting and I felt very comfortable leaving her with Natalie. I'm a new mother and her confidence and care put my mind at ease. She has great experience and knowledge and she's trustworthy. I look forward to when Natalie cares for our daughter again in the future.

Natalie was a joy for not only my 17 month son but for myself and the rest of my friends and family. We were on vacation in Key West and I wished she had come to watch T. the first week as well. 
She was kind, tender and patient with my son. She read books, took him on walks, to the beach and the pool, and even the aquarium where she relayed the details of his experiences.  
Natalie sang to T. 
She was sweet and took T. and I to the butterfly museum and that followed with shaved ice!!( Theo's first and I think favorite outing)
Quite honestly we would love to have her help us in N.C in a heartbeat. 
She was loving and kind, I couldn't ask for more. 
I should also add I have been in customer service for the last 30 years and I would say I have high expectations. Her watching my son gave me the break I needed and the trust to relax and know he was in good hands.
