About Natalie

Making a positive impact on children's lives is a passion that grew from being the eldest of 6 w/ the youngest being 20 yrs younger than me. W/ 3 years of paid experience caring for children of ages from infants(4mo+), to toddlers-teenagers, I bring a patient, calm, creative, & friendly approach to childcare. I am comfortable caring for up to 2 children at a time. I enjoy playing outdoor, puzzles, & educational activities with children. I'm also good with pets. I communicate with parents through daily written reports, regular txt updates, or any method you prefer. Enforcing your household rules is something I am very comfortable with as well as handling any conflicts/emotions they may have. I have completed some college coursework (2 years of business management + 1 year of childhood development/psychology, which is so useful to me in helping kids equip tools to deal with their emotions), & am CPR and First Aid certified. I speak Cantonese. I'm an attentive listener and fast learner!
