Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am seeking a second family to work with as a nanny, private teacher, and/or household manager! My availability and needs are flexible, although my aim is to fulfill an early morning or late afternoon schedule consisting of between 10 and 14 hours per week over 3-4 days. I have spent the past 6+ years in these roles with ages ranging from infants to high schoolers, and prior to my career as a nanny I was a lead preschool teacher for 5+ years. As a graduate with a BS in Physical and Health Education, I intend to begin my master's program online in the fall of 2024! Additionally I have completed my Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach program, and as a yogi for 15 years, I am an aspiring children's yoga instructor. Although I intend to continue my career as a nanny for the foreseeable future, one day I aspire to open my own nanny agency! My rates are as listed $30-45 / hour and are situational. I am flexible overall for the best family match :)

Natalie is truly impressive. I manage engineers for a living and I've never seen someone with such high attention to detail. She was incredibly helpful in that she could figure out what I needed her to do without me having to tell her. And then her execution of literally any task was impeccable. She developed an after school routine for my kids and executed it flawlessly, and managed to get them enthusiastic to do chores which has never been something I've been able to accomplish. She completely reorganized my house (which I've had done professionally in the past) in a way that was noticeable better than it's ever been done before. She's an excellent communicator and very professional. We were able to discuss the details of our arrangement in great depth and come up with something that worked for both of us. I would recommend Natalie head and shoulders above any other child caretaker or home manager. Absolute 10 out of 10.
