Natalie has been assisting my 92-year-old aunt for almost ten years. In the beginning my aunt was more independent. The scope of Natalie’s care was more limited, and I had very little interaction with her. However, in recent years, after the passing of her husband and with additional medical concerns, my aunt has become much more dependent on Natalie. At the same time, I have had the opportunity to get to know her better. Natalie is always pleasant and kind. Even on those occasions when my aunt is not. She has been responsible for taking her to appointments, shopping and cooking her meals, managing her medications, along with laundry and household chores. Over time she has also assisted with mobility issues and personal care. But most importantly, Natalie has consistently and selflessly provided companionship. Our family feels so blessed to have had Natalie heading our care team. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
