While in college I was a codirector for a summer camp for children 3 months to 12 years old. I was a medical assistant for about 15 years where I learned first aid training, wound care and CPR. I know how it is to have a full time job with kids and running a household, it can challenging. I will be able to make your life easier. I am pleased to say I am fully vaccinated. I will continue to take the necessary precaution. I have had the honor to have watched multiple families on care. com for almost a year now. We hired Natalie to work as a nanny in my home and I would certainly recommend her. Natalie has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our children. She is kind, trustworthy, mature, and great with our 10yo, 4yo, and 1yo. It is clear to me that working with children and helping families is a passion for Natalie. She loves working with the children, and I see this manifest in her communication skills and creative ideas for activities. She keeps the children occupied (off screens) and most importantly, safe. She provides a daily report for each child, communicates appropriately, and sends me the sweetest photos. Ultimately, Natalie is an excellent nanny because she is so trustworthy. She is always on-time and held to high responsibility. My family has never known her not to be forthcoming. Natalie has been a gift to our family.
