I met Natalie when searching for care for my father and she was nothing but compassionate, caring and attentive to the needs of my dad when we met for the first time and ended up talking for over two hours! Natalie took the time to assist me with the process of attempting to bring my dad home with Care, something she did not need to do but wanted to help anyways. Natalie also used her free time to come meet and spend time with my dad at his facility without even knowing if he would fall under her care in the future. Since our first time meeting, she has texted multiple times to check in on not only the situation with my father, but me as well. I am very fortunate to have made the connection with Natalie in this journey.
