Hello, my name is Natalie. I am a mother of five and grandmother of four. I am a compassionate, reliable, and hardworking caregiver with over 12 years of experience in elder care and more than 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Caring for others is my passion. After seeing the support my mother received when she needed care, I was inspired to help others maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. I believe in treating everyone with kindness, respect, and compassion. I am looking to work with families who value teamwork and want the best possible care for their loved ones. I take pride in being dependable, honest, and attentive to each person's unique needs. I also believe that a clean, organized environment contributes to overall well-being and quality of life.
