Hi my name is Natalie. I'm a responsible, energetic, and patient caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with kids. I have experience babysitting and volunteering in both classrooms and community settings, where I've helped children with homework, reading, and creative activities. As a Division 1 athlete, I'm very dependable, organized, and good at managing my time, so families can trust that I'll show up prepared and on schedule. I love creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and engaged, whether that's through games, outdoor play, or helping with schoolwork. I also understand the importance of communication and will always keep parents updated and respect their routines and preferences.
