Natalie did an amazing job with our 12 year old son, and followed his routine perfectly. We were visiting town overnight and Natalie had an awkward job of babysitting a tween in a hotel room. She managed swimming supervision, dinner, and bedtime flawlessly, and showed true interest in our kiddo. He said that she chatted with him all night and he really enjoyed their interaction!
