About Natalie

I'd describe my personality as reliable, patient, caring, and compassionate. I like working with kids because they bring so much joy and energy into everyday life. It's incredibly rewarding to help them learn, grow, and explore the world around them. I'm looking for a job where I can provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old, taking care of my younger siblings and babysitting for family friends. One thing you should know about me is that I am currently attending TCU to get my masters this year while playing beach volleyball. I am the oldest of four siblings, which has given me a lot of experience in managing different personalities and needs. I am very dependable and always strive to be a positive role model. My skills include maintaining a safe and clean environment, effective communication with both children and parents, and conflict resolution and problem-solving.
