She treats our dog like family. She follows all of the instructions for her specific care needs to a T. She quickly communicates with us to clarify any questions that come up regarding her care. Natalie is personable, kind, and seems genuinely excited to spend time with our dog. She has helped us many times and is always so wonderful. Knowing she takes such great care of our dog puts us at ease when we are away from home.
