Misrepresented skill-set and allowed my mother to have a fall her first day alone outside the home. Took time away from her duties to seek chiropractic care (free consult) for herself and left my mother unattended in the lobby, and then, distracted, allowed her to fall leaving the appointment. Never called to check on her, but rather blamed me for "speaking too fast" as to why she failed in her duties. She took my mother over a curb rather than down a ramp that was straight outside the door, which I had trained her personally to use just two days before the fall. Contacted me 32 times by text and email the day before the fall asking about how to turn on vacuum and where to find vacuum bags, but did not call me when my mother fell. Extremely disappointing, and distracted to the point of being dangerous quite honestly. Very Very Very Disappointed.
