About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie. I'm bubbly, gentle, patient, and dependable. I have always loved working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I started working with kids at 12 years old babysitting for my church. Since then, I've worked in babysitting, summer camps, and preschool classrooms. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and will begin my online Master's program in Educational Administration and Leadership this fall. I'm looking for a consistent and flexible position with a family that values kindness, communication, and reliability. My experience has taught me how to understand children's emotional and developmental needs while still creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment. In my free time, I enjoy the gym, movies, painting, and traveling. I strive to create a warm, positive environment where children feel cared for and encouraged!
