Hi! I'm Natalie - a caring, experienced nanny with 10+ years of childcare under my belt. I've worked with kids from 6 months to 11 years, and I'm currently with two boys (21 months & 4 years). I love engaging with children through reading, games, outdoor play, and creative activities - not just sitting on my phone. I'm also a great cook, organized, and happy to get CPR/First Aid certified. Had scheduled an interview, took time out of my work day to be available. No call, No Show and No Response back to the follow up message and its been a few days since the interview. A little disappointed in lack of communication 

Natalie was an amazing nanny for my son, B. She is highly attentive, patient, and playful — making sure activities were developmentally appropriate and fun! My son absolutely adored Nat and he learned so much under her care. I would hire her again with no hesitation. 

We employed Natalie for a little over 3 months and unfortunately had a disheartening experience with her. She came into our home and watched our 2 boys, she was loving and fun with them and they really enjoyed her as their nanny. We built trust with her and were happy to have her with us and fill that need of childcare as 2 working parents. Pretty early on reliability was an issue. Sick days, family emergencies, and ER visits became a normal. Many times calling out the morning of. We would have talks with her about reliability and try to move past it. During that 3 month time she missed over 10 days of work. The last time she called out she ended up bailing on us completely, never to respond, call, or show up again. I cannot recommend her for the sole fact that reliability to a family is not possible for her and the courtesy to say goodbye to the children she cared for left a sad spot in their hearts as well as us scrambling for childcare unannounced.

Natalie helped us care for our son for 15-20 hours per week, from age one year to 16 months, until we moved out of state. We are so sad that she's not coming with us! Whenever Natalie arrived at our house, our son would jump up and run to greet her, because he knew he was going to have so much fun. Natalie went the extra mile to make sure his day was full and engaging, coming up with new games for him to play at home, outside, and in the park. She always made sure he was safe and clean. She also communicated with us to make sure we were all following the same protocols for enforcing boundaries with him. While young toddlers can be demanding, she was always patient and calm, and developed a deep level of understanding and communication with our child. 

Natalie was very reliable, and on the rare days she could not make it, she made sure to tell us in advance. She took COVID precautions very seriously, which we also appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend Natalie!

Natalie did not show up for our interview that was set at least a week prior. I followed up with her the night before and confirmed that she saw my message but chose not to respond. Very unprofessional.

Natalie is someone who is willing to go above and beyond what is asked of her. She is not only compassionate by nature, but dependable, and kind. Natalie is thorough with her commitments, and will be solely focused on helping your kids learn and grow. If you are looking for somebody to be a helping hand and take some weight off of parenthood, Natalie is someone who will surpass expectations.

My girls and I absolutely adore Natalie! She's so sweet and patient with them and isn't afraid to get messy and be silly :) Any family would be lucky to have her! 10/10
