About Natalie

Nurturing children's development is truly a passion of mine. I have over seven years of experience caring for children from newborn to 11 years old, including working with mothers and newborns. I also spent time as an au pair in Germany, where I supported daily routines, schoolwork, and family schedules in a new cultural setting. I have some college education and am comfortable caring for up to three children. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I can cook, clean, and help with homework, including children with mild learning or developmental challenges. I am CPR and First Aid certified, speak English and German, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable with pets. I follow household rules and respect each family's communication style.
