After graduating I ran an amazing after-school program that serviced approx. 65 elementary students a day. Natalie has been nothing short of a godsend for our family. She treats our daughter like one of her own—with so much love, patience, and thoughtfulness. She always finds the sweetest little ways to surprise and delight her, and somehow has the magic touch to calm even the fiercest toddler tantrum. She’s not only amazing with our daughter, but she’s incredibly helpful around the house—tidying up, doing dishes during nap time, and always going above and beyond without ever being asked. She’s reliable, always on time, and a great communicator. I honestly don’t know what we would do without her. It’s rare to find someone you trust so completely, and Natalie is that person for us.
