I can't say enough positive things about Natalie. She nannied for our daughter for over a year starting at 4 months until we moved out of the area. During that time she became part of the family and we all grew to love her - especially our baby girl. She is punctual and communicative and she was always coming up with creative new games and activities to inspire learning and keep our daughter entertained. She was able to handle any task we asked of her, helped build and follow our daughter's ever changing schedule, and provided guidance when appropriate based on her previous experience. We'll forever be grateful and appreciative of her! Any family would be lucky to have Natalie nanny or babysit for their child!
