About Natalie

Hi families! My name is Natalie, and caring for kids is something I've always been passionate about. I have three years of volunteer experience in after-school care at my local YMCA, working with a group of students from first through fourth grade. Since 2021, I've also spent summers at a Girl Scout sleep-away camp in various states, and I love building strong connections with the children and families I work with. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, baking, doing science projects, and spending time outdoors at the park or on little adventures. I was previously Red Cross Lifeguard certified and still love swimming with kids, always keeping safety in mind. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, and energetic. I'm big on routines and safety but also love encouraging creativity and exploration. I'm comfortable with meals, tidying up, and am pet-friendly. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can thrive!
