Natalie was friendly with my father at first, but as time passed she became impatient and hostile towards him and the family. She made grocery lists when he already had the items in his house. She helped herself to his groceries, electricity and water as the bills skyrocketed. She was derelict in her job duties (she did not clean the house or help the client bathe), and my father felt intimidated by her. He was very relieved that we fired her. If I could give her a score of less than one, I certainly would!
