About Natalie

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a genuine passion. I find incredible joy in supporting children's growth and development, and I am excited to provide families with reliable care. I am have a multitude of experiences with children including an internship at the Rutgers University Child Development Center and substitute teaching in both general and special education classrooms. I recently earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University- New Brunswick, and have taken courses centered around child development. I will play educational games, board games, and outdoor sports. I am happy to follow your preferred communication method for daily updates or any concerns. I am also happy to enforce any rules you have in place while providing a safe and comfortable environment. I would feel so fulfilled knowing I can make a positive impact on your child's life.
