I'm very careful and picky about who I let watch my daughter. Natalie is very caring and responsible and I trust her. She always was early to work and never late. She was able to watch Everly at the drop of a hat. She helped right after my daughters birth including night nannying so I could rest. She's a bright and sweet caregiver who is very responsible and loving with your child. We're lucky to have her!
